5. Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Refunds are granted under the following conditions:

• Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of purchase and before accessing any course materials.
• Partial refund (50%) if you cancel between 8 and 14 days after purchase or prior to the official start date of the course.
• No refund after the course has commenced or if course materials have been downloaded.

Exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies or visa denials) may warrant a 50% refund if supported by valid documentation. All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form within the applicable period. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and software are the intellectual property of skillforgetop.com or its licensors. You may view or download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or public sharing is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
